New Executive Board Members

Rita Dodge - Middleton/Cross Plains Area School District Chief Steward:  I have been active in the Union since the Middleton-Cross Plains Schools secretarial group organized and became part of Local 39 back in the early 70's.  During much of this time, I have been the Union steward representing the Middleton Schools.  I have also been on Local 39's Executive Board at various times as recording secretary, trustee or vice president.  I truly care about the welfare of all employees working hard to make an honest wage and good benefits.  Let's hope we can continue to positively influence the employees and employers within our bargaining units.

Amy Domaszek - CUNA & Affiliates Co-Chief Steward:  Although a newer member of Local 39, my involvement confirms and increases my understanding of the importance of our unions. I serve as co-chief steward at CUNA & Affiliates with Shawn San Roman. We have negotiated our new contract using Interest-Based Bargaining and have learned a lot from the process. As it pertains to the Trustee position, I bring with me experience in preparing several monthly financial reports. The reports required reconciliation, comparison, and monitoring of assets and expenditures. I've prepared and assisted in preparing annual budgets. In my current position, I also track, code, and verify invoices for my department. I look forward to applying my skills and supporting Local 39 as a Board Trustee. 

Linda Hendrickson - IBEW Local 159:  I have worked for IBEW 159 since March 2006 as the bookkeeper/office assistant.  I previously worked as a Coordinator for a telecommunications company in La Crosse for 7 years where I was let go as part of the Reduction In Force of approximately 700 people .  They were not union, but I was the lowest seniority in my position.  I worked directly for a Customer Service Manager, creating various financial reports including sales trending, whatever was requested.  Prior to that for 16 years, I worked in various positions in the government - including 6 years in the US Post Office.  All of my positions have been in financial areas.  It will be a privilege to be the Secretary-Treasurer for Local Union 39!  Thank you for the opportunity.
